Louise Perry is the Artistic Development Director and has worked at Chickenshed for 20 years, after performing in the Children’s and Youth Theatre as a member and working as Children’s and Youth Theatre Director. She loves that Chickenshed has allowed her to reap the personal and professional benefits of a genuinely altruistic environment. By developing in an environment where the actions and thoughts of everyone are guided by what is best for others, Louise has been part of achieving things that exceed her own personal expectations.
