Chickenshed Kensington & Chelsea

  • Chickenshed Kensington and Chelsea

In 2011 we launched a new inclusive theatre programme in Kensington and Chelsea so we can offer more people the chance to get involved. Based at the Chelsea Academy, we run exciting, vibrant and inclusive theatre workshops for children, young people and adults aged 16+.

  • Membership and workshop information

All our sessions have now begun and we currently run four inclusive theatre workshops in the borough. We have sessions for 5-7 year olds, 7-11 year olds, 11-16 year olds, and 16+.

  • Chickenshed Kensington & Chelsea’s
    Summer Holiday Project

A great opportunity for young people aged 6-14 to develop their performance skills in drama, music, dance and singing using Chickenshed's proven teaching methods and unique performance style, run by Chickenshed Kensington and Chelsea. Runs Monday 29 Jul - Friday 2 August.

  • All Together Now - presented by Kensington and Chelsea

On Saturday  20 July members from Chickenshed Kensington and Chelsea Theatre Company will join together with members of the public to perform a flash mob performance exploring the things that connect us. All Together Now will bring people together through dance, physical theatre and song in places where people usually just pass each other by.

  • All Together Now Workshop - presented by Chickenshed Kensington & Chelsea

Be a cast member in a flash mob event! Join us on Saturday 20 July for a free workshop where you will learn the material needed to take part a flash mob performance entitled All Together Now that will take place in various locations around Kensington and Chelsea. All ages and abilities welcome and no previous experience in dance or performance required – just an interest in taking part and plenty of enthusiasm! Suitable for age 11+.
