Work with Chickenshed at our summer courses for young people

Chickenshed are running two courses under the ‘Barnet Summer Universities’ umbrella during the summer holidays.

These courses are free and anyone can apply, regardless of the borough in which they live.

You can find details of the two courses, called 'Introduction to Chickenshed', and can apply via the following website:

www.summerunilondon.org

Course 1 is for 8-12 year olds and runs from Monday 28th July to Friday 1st August between 10am-12.30pm.

Course 2 is for 13-19 year olds and runs from Monday 28th July to Friday 1st August between 2-4.30pm

Both courses take places at the Canada Villa Youth Centre, more details of which can be found on the summer university website.

The courses will be planned and delivered by Chickenshed staff and will be relevant and enjoyable for anyone, regardless of their previous experience of Chickenshed. The workshops are designed to appeal to all ability levels and will offer opportunities in music, dance and drama to all participants. At the end of the week there will be an opportunity to show the work that has been developed with an invited audience of parents and friends.
