Head of Fundraising Required.
Chickenshed Theatre Trust is looking for a high calibre, tenacious, go-getting Head of Fundraising to take it on to its next level of funding growth reporting directly into the Chief Executive. We are looking for an exceptional individual with a keen spirit and steely determination to build our corporate fundraising programme across our portfolio of theatre events and corporate membership initiatives with passion and enthusiasm.
You will be an experienced corporate manager with demonstrable experience in high level client networking and solicitation. You will have a solid record in managing teams, bringing flair, imagination and innovation to your work and inspiring/motivating those within your team. You will have corporate arts or charitable fundraising experience (although we will consider those from a corporate sales background with an interest in either of these two sectors) and be able to prove your adaptability. You will be process and target driven ensuring all systems and procedures are adhered in order to maximize the team's effectiveness and focus.
