In Edinburgh in 1998 we co-ordinated a project which involved schools on deprived estates in Edinburgh both having workshops in their schools; then linking this to see Chickenshed’s Darnaby’s Space Race at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival – for many young people this was their first experience of The Fringe.
