Over the past few months Chickenshed has been working with the HR Department at Sky, devising and delivering an original team challenge event to help the Sky employees gain a great understanding of the many aspects of the work of Chickenshed. 160 Sky HR employees in both London and Scotland took part in two events, which was to help Chickenshed deliver inclusive performance and creative workshops to primary school children. One of the aims of the day was to give every child who participates an understanding of good citizenship and inclusivity, and the chance to learn that working together and valuing individual ability pays dividends in developing the skills of others. It also gave the Sky employees a chance to learn more about Chickenshed and the nature of their work, as their charity partner.
