Chickenshed were the delighted recipients of a grant of £5000 from the Grocers' Charity in summer 2006 towards the development of our Children's and Youth Theatre. With the growth of the company, it has become increasingly difficult to fund the larger workshops whilst retaining the high staff:member ratio that enables us to work so effectively. The Grocers' Charity commited to supporting this project, thus allowing us to reduce our waiting list of 2500 children who would love to be a part of the world of Chickenshed. We are always pleased to attract new supporters and develop relationships.
