Chi Gung (Qi Gong) - a series of workshops for health, vitality and relaxation.

Chi Gung (Qi Gong) is a simple, flowing movement meditation, that helps increase our vital energy (Chi) and gently stretches, moves and opens the body and joints.

Your instructor Lina Spyrou will help you deepen into relaxation through gentle movement, guided relaxation, healing sound and energised breath. The forms are inspired by nature and the Chinese elements and each term corresponds with the current season of the year.

Cost: Book £80 for 8 weeks or book pay as you go below for £12 per session.

Ages 16+. Suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to expand their practice.
