A fun weight training class for men and women. All ages and abilities welcome, trial class free.

Kettlebells to Music is a popular and unique class aimed at building strength, increasing stamina and improving fitness levels. Working with a single, light weight, participants will work their whole body in a friendly, non-judgemental environment. As the weeks pass you will quickly begin to see and feel the benefit of regular weight training. Kettlebell weights range from 2kg to 12kg. Please bring your own workout/yoga mat.

Time: 8.15am - 9.15am (1 hour)

Cost: £8 per class
