Seated Pilates Classes

Come along to this 8-week course of Pilates with the Chair!

Jo will show you what a great prop the chair is to both support, vary and challenge us in our Pilates practice. Discover how many moves we can execute with it - in seated, standing and lying down variations, adding a completely different dynamic to your Pilates workout. 

These sessions are suitable for all levels and Jo will give modifications and alternative options accordingly to suit your body and individual needs.

If you haven't done Pilates before, using the chair is a great way to gently introduce you to this amazing method of movement.

Social distancing measures will be in place throughout this class.

Dates: Saturdays 11 Sep - 6 Nov (excluding 2 Oct)

Time: 11.30am – 12.30pm (1 hr)

Cost: £12 per session (concessions £10).

Ages 16+. Suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to expand their practice.
All sessions are fully accessible to all.
