Jessica Wall is a cognitive behavioural life coach, and over this five week course she will help you look at some practical ways to bust that stress - and also give you some more tools to help you cope with life in 2019 (and beyond)!

Confidence, resilience, assertiveness, growth mindset and ‘mindfulness’ (including what that actually means - and how it can help) will all be covered in this fascinating and illuminating course. Learn the basics in a fun, friendly and supportive setting.

Time: 6pm – 7.30pm or 7.30pm - 9pm

Cost: £100 for 5 weeks 

Ages 18+. Suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to expand their practice.
