Stress Buster - Tools for Modern Living Jessica Wall is a cognitive behavioural life coach, and over this five week course she will help you look at some practical ways to bust that stress - and also give you some more tools to help you cope with life in 2019 (and beyond)! Confidence, resilience, assertiveness, growth mindset and ‘mindfulness’ (including what that actually means - and how it can help) will all be covered in this fascinating and illuminating course.
