No. Everyone is welcome at our Community Choir. You do not need to have any singing experience.

Do I have to come every week?

No. Each week is a stand alone session, however we will repeat songs over more than one week.

Are there opportunities to perform?

Yes, members of the Community Choir have the opportunity to perform at A Midsummer Musical Evening in June and in our annual Christmas Concert.

Throughout the workshops, you will learn and contribute to crafting vocal arrangements for a delightful medley of songs, each uniquely arranged with a Chickenshed twist!

Every week, choir members have the chance to acquire skills, boost confidence, and develop a profound comprehension of how diverse voices can harmonise cohesively. To apply your newfound skills practically, numerous opportunities to perform throughout the year will be readily available.
