New Routes: Elephant

Steve is a 19-year-old man. He doesn't have a job, dropped out of school and left home when he was 16, due to his destructive home life. He now lives with his accident-prone best friend Dave. One day their dog dies, and this sparks a chain of events that will change Steve's life forever. The play touches upon serious topics such as mental health, suicide and abuse - particularly in males - which may be considered to be 'the elephant in the room' due to it being overlooked more than it should.
