Festival of Fun - How to Make a Better World Upon arrival at Chickenshed, we must ask every customer and visitor to scan the NHS QR code using their NHS COVID-19 app, or provide their name and contact details. This will apply to every adult entering the building, not just the person who has booked the tickets. Chickenshed’s Tales from the Shed team are very proud to premiere a brand new show inspired by Keilly Swift’s best-selling book, How to Make a Better World. The show takes the themes from the book and translates them to the stage with Chickenshed’s trademark creativity and passion. Starting with a new day dawning, the show follows the adventures of a group of young people as they join together and raise their voices to change the world for the better, tackling obstacles and facing forces of evil along the way. Each and every show will have its own unique secret ingredient… and that’s YOU! We want to hear all of your ideas and inspiration as we create your very own manifesto for a better world. Young people are leading the way – the future (and this show) is yours to shape! This event forms part of our Festival of Fun. Join us for nine days packed full of events for children aged from 0 to 11 years. With shows and activities centred around the themes of togetherness and caring, we have something for everyone. Make sure you book early and join us this summer for a festival full of heart and creativity – with our children firmly at the centre of all that is fun and entertaining (socially distanced, of course!).
