A fun weight training class for men and women. All ages and abilities welcome, trial class free.

A unique full body workout aimed at building strength, increasing stamina and improving fitness levels.

Working with a single kettlebell, you will increase strength, burn calories and tone your whole body. This class focuses on low-weight loads and high-repetition movements to improve muscle conditioning. Includes a section of mat work focussing on strengthening the abs and core.

Long-term benefits include a stronger core and improved posture.

Dates: Wednesdays 8 Jan - 1 Apr 

Time: 8.15am - 9.15am (1 hour)

Cost: £8 per class. 

Ages 18+. All abilities welcome.
