Yoga Classes

This gentle hatha yoga class works on the whole body, stretching and strengthening through each posture. Working with your breath during the postures will allow time to understand how your body feels in each position and allow you to adjust accordingly. A very safe way to practice, giving you a better understanding of how your body works.

Penny has taught yoga for 10 years and comes from a sports background. She was introduced to yoga after a hamstring injury and was immediately hooked! The way she teaches reflects this, with emphasis on safety, proper alignment and using the breath to control the depth of your practice.

Social distancing measures will be in place throughout this class.
