Age Recommendation
12 Days is recommended for all ages from 5 and above.
We understand that childcare can sometimes be a barrier for parents attending the theatre, so if you need to bring a child under the age of five, you should
- Consider the suitability, content, length of performance (2 hours) and age recommendation.
- Be mindful and respectful of other customers’ enjoyment of the event before attending with younger children.
- Try to book a seat near an aisle/exit so you can leave should your child become restless.
All children over the age of 24 months must have their own ticket. Children under 24 months do not need a ticket and should be seated on an adult’s lap.

**Additionally, for every 10 child tickets purchased, a complimentary teacher's ticket will be provided.

School performances are exclusively for schools and must be booked via our online form.
You can pre-order ice lollies to have in the interval by completing the Ice Lolly Order Form.

Rota Groups
Our incredible cast of 800 performers is split over 5 different rota groups - Yellow, Blue, Red, Green and Purple.
If you are looking to see a particular performer select Show Rota Group Information when looking at the list of Times and Tickets at the top of the page, and select the rota you would like to book for.
