About

It’s Barnaby’s favourite day of the school year - Sports Day.

But when he wakes up with a cold, it looks like he’ll miss it completely… until something extraordinary happens. A spaceship lands on his roof.

Suddenly, Barnaby’s adventure begins - taking him from his bedroom to the doctor’s surgery, to the circus and all the way into outer space.

Packed with laughter, energy and plenty of unexpected twists, Darnaby’s Space Race is a joyful, imaginative journey where anything can happen.

Originally performed at the Edinburgh Festival, this much-loved Chickenshed show returns for a new generation.

It’s time to blast off.
