We blend gentle fitness with imaginative play giving adults a chance to enjoy physical activity while little ones are joyfully entertained. With live music, achievable workouts, and adaptations for all needs and abilities, this isn’t your typical dance or fitness class - it’s something wonderfully in between. Expect a mix of movement, song, puppets, laughter, and that special Chickenshed magic!

What is Planet Play?
Created by our Tales from the Shed team, Planet Play has been specifically devised to encourage play and early communication development in young children. Research has shown that singing songs and rhymes on a regular basis helps to widen your child’s vocabulary and listening skills which are an essential part of learning to read, write and communicate.
