What is Planet Play?
Created by our Tales from the Shed team, Planet Play has been specifically devised to encourage play and early communication development in young children. Research has shown that singing songs and rhymes on a regular basis helps to widen your child’s vocabulary and listening skills which are an essential part of learning to read, write and communicate.

Only adults pay. Children are free but all children over 6 months must have a ticket. Please make sure you book this when you select your tickets
Seating
Seating is mostly on mats on the floor so that children and performers can freely move around the space. Chairs are available for anyone who would prefer not to sit on the floor

Accessibility
Everyone is welcome at Planet Play, and you can find all info on access at Chickenshed here. If you're coming to a show and have specific access requirements, we would advise you to contact us in advance so that we can make sure your needs are catered for.
