Tales Big Day Out

A joyful, jam-packed afternoon for all!

Big Day Out offers a variety of Big workshops, Big activities and even Bigger shows throughout the building and garden. In this Big Day Out the whole building becomes your playground, with fun round every corner.

There is something for everyone. Expect music, dancing, stories, puppet-making and arts and crafts - all delivered in Tales' signature inclusive style, with a splash of silliness!

A Big Day Out comes with big cravings, and we've got you covered at our cafe and an exciting food truck.

Places are limited – early booking is recommended.

Seating is mostly on mats on the floor so that children and performers can freely move around the space. 

Chairs are available for anyone who would prefer not to sit on the floor.

We've got you covered with baby changing, disabled access, space to park buggies and even a cafè to get a tasty treat!

Limited free parking is available in front of the building.
