About

Chickenshed’s Young Company invites you to experience the electrifying finale of a year bursting with bold ideas, fearless youth leadership and powerful exploration.

This vibrant festival of performances showcases the passion, talent and imagination of our young people as they take to the stage to share work they’ve devised, developed and driven themselves.

Expect energy. Expect originality. Expect to be inspired.

Secrets of the Wylde

Enter a world where imagination runs wild…

Secrets of the Wylde is an original performance inspired by the spirit of Where the Wild Things Are and Safe From Harm. Created by our Young Company, this imaginative piece explores monsters, fears, escapism, and adventure - bringing inner worlds to life on stage.

Expect bold characters, unexpected journeys, and a story that transforms fear into something powerful. Step into the wild… if you dare.
