The Dopamine Effect
What keeps us scrolling, craving, and coming back for more? The Dopamine Effect is a bold, thought-provoking performance devised by our Youth Theatre members during their Monday evening sessions.
Blending movement, music, and storytelling, the piece explores themes of consumption, instant gratification, the gut-brain connection, and our modern obsession with dopamine - from food to feeds.
Drawing on ideas like the seven stages of life and the evolution of humanity, this striking production questions how we live now… and whether we’re meant to live this way at all.
