It’s a pre-paid ticket bundle that gives you access to our regular season shows and our special seasonal themed shows i.e. Easter Tales and Halloween Tales. Our Christmas Tales is not included within this bundle.

Which shows does this pass cover?
This pass gives you access to our regular season shows and our special seasonal themed shows i.e. Easter Tales and Halloween Tales. Our Christmas Tales is not included within this bundle.
Can I buy more than one FlexPass?
Absolutely! There’s no limit to how many FlexPasses you can buy. If you have a large family, are attending multiple events, or just want extra flexibility, feel free to purchase additional passes. You can also buy standard individual tickets at full price if you need more later on.
Can I change the date of my tickets?
Yes you can and as a FlexPass holder you will not be charged our usual £1.50 admin fee.
Can I return my ticket?
Yes you can and it will go back onto your FlexPass balance
What happens if I don’t use all my tickets?
FlexPass vouchers must be used before the end of the season. All unused tickets expire at the end of July 2026 and cannot be refunded or carried over. We recommend booking early to make the most of your pass.
Can I view my pass online?
Yes, you can view your FlexPass when you log in online and see vouchers available for redemption.
Can I use my pass to book a Tales party?
No our FlexPass does not cover our birthday party package, which includes food and room hire.
