Which sessions does this pass cover?
This pass covers all Young People's Performance Project sessions until the end of the Spring 2027 term.
Do I still need to book each session?
Yes. You will need to book the session(s) you want to attend and payment will be automatically redeemed against your FlexPass.
Can I buy more than one FlexPass?
Absolutely! There’s no limit to how many FlexPasses you can buy. If you are booking for other people or just want extra flexibility, feel free to purchase additional passes through our Box Office. You can also buy standard individual tickets at full price if you need more later on.
Can I change the date of my tickets?
Yes you can and as a FlexPass holder you will not be charged our usual £1.50 admin fee.
Can I return my ticket?
Yes you can and it will go back onto your FlexPass balance
What happens if I don’t use all my tickets?
FlexPass vouchers must be used before their expiry date. Unused tickets cannot be refunded or carried over. We recommend booking early to make the most of your pass.
Can I view my pass online?
Yes, you can view your FlexPass when you log in online and see vouchers available for redemption.
