My name is Paul Fricker, I have cerebral palsy and I am a wheelchair user. I have been involved with Chickenshed for many years, completed many courses across the student programmes. I now work on the other side of chickenshed on the D&I performance for real change programme, sharing my own lived experiences as a disabled person. This is something I’m delighted to do!
