I joined Chickenshed as a BTEC student and successfully graduated from all the courses, culminating in my BA degree in 2013. Since then, I have held various roles within the organisation, including mentor and artistic staff member, working across the Education, Performance, Outreach, and Membership divisions. I have had the opportunity to perform in numerous Christmas and Spring Shows, both as an actress and as a member of the creative team. Recently, I wrote a monologue that was performed as part of the Monolog season.

One of the most impactful experiences I've had was being heavily involved in the Survivors project in Wales. It has been truly inspirational. My true passion lies in discovering the talent and potential of individuals who have been marginalized by society. Working at Chickenshed not only keeps me feeling youthful but also reminds me of the teenager who found her voice when I first started at Chickenshed all those years ago, despite my age and accumulated experiences.
