Right now, too many people feel disconnected, unheard or isolated.
- 1 in 5 young people in the UK experience frequent loneliness.
- 1.4 million older adults are living in chronic isolation.
- Neurodivergent individuals continue to face daily barriers to inclusion.
As generational divides widen, the fabric of community weakens. Without action, this cycle of disconnection will only deepen.
