Last week a Chickenshed company of 14 finished the last few performances of a six-week tour, which ended in the beautiful Ffwrnes Theatre in Llanelli, Wales. Our fantastic company has travelled far and wide this summer. The tour is an important landmark for our Theatre and Performance work in many ways, but it has been great to see our work introduced to new audiences throughout the country who have never have had the opportunity to actually see our inclusive work in action. Our Artistic Director Lou Stein is currently working with a small group of students and Young Company members to develop a new adaptation of Snow White. The sessions have been creative, imaginative and inspiring. Every fortnight, on a Thursday afternoon, ideas for themes, story and characters are being explored. Read more
